Re: Zak Hardaker’s future ‘up in the air’ as new twist develops

Why doesn't he want to live in Wigan?
I suspect he lived rent free in Joel Tomkins place and surely now there is a club house empty after Lam has left, or is this one reserved for the 'as yet un-named' new coach.
I just wonder if it is reserved for another Australian coach.

Re: Warrington

Thoroughly enjoyed that. I thought HKR might tire but they played
Warrington off the park and deserved that win.
Did you see that Price fellow at the end. Sat there with a face like a melted wellie.

That's emphatic enough, She certainly has put that one to bed, so to speak.

Re: Dom Manfredi retired

I've seen some excellent wingers at Wigan going back to the days of Brian Nordgren, Gordon Ratcliffe, Jack Hilton etc and Dom Manfredi must rate alongside the best. Just a great pity he only got 80 odd games in eight years but I'm certain he'll be remembered as a Wigan great. Whatever life throws at...

Re: Recruitment.

Just dug out recent NRL match of Bunnies v North Queensland, Mago (Magoo?) came of the bench and looked solid. [/quote] I'm not overly keen on this Magoo nonsense. Mr Magoo was a cartoon idiot, this guy will be on the pitch, grafting. The idiots will be in the boardroom. The guy probably got this i...

Re: Adrian Lam's plan of attack for Wigan Warriors

Is that a plan, or plan a? Ted, we haven't had a plan B or any other plan since John Monies first time here apart from a spell with Maguire and that wasn' t very nice to watch, chicken wing tackles, target the standing leg etc etc. Wanes 'yed down and thrutch' system was a winning formula but didn'...

Jake Trueman is the latest name rumoured as a repacement. Might be a good choice too if he doesn't want silly money.
