Re: Semi-final Attendances
Apart from the West Terrace which is a problem the place is is a class facility . Rugby , Cricket and Hotel . EW Yes it is, but the club aren’t bothered about away supporters, if anything when they built the east stand, that should have been allocated for away fans IMO & close off the western t...

Re: Byrne
I think sometimes it's a bit of a mindset thing as well. I remember Ben Flower. Even watching him warm up he was explosive and attacked the pads. He wasn't the biggest for a prop but his aggression and mindset was I'm going to make as many meters as I can. He was almost the same type of prop to Byrn...

Re: Where's Cust?
Smith has to learn to change his game to suit the weather and pitch condition. A few more low skidding kicks to try an induce a knock on would not have gone amiss yesterday. This generic I'm going kick it as high as the moon tactic is so predictable. He needs to mix it up more . EW I say this on a ...

Re: Semi-final Attendances
The semi-final attendances have been published. Leigh Leopards 12-10 St Helens 12,113 at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Hull KR 11-10 Wigan Warriors 10,926 at Headingley on Sunday afternoon. Once again poor attendances, makes you wonder what the attendance for the final will be....

Byrne
Never really watched him closely, but after his terrible stint last week against Wire I kept a close eye on him today and I'm thinking maybe we should be looking at other options asap. My main concerns are how little dynamism he gives us in attack - no offloads, very little in the way of post contac...

Re: Hamstring injuries... a possible explanation.
It's interesting but I don't feel like it's a one size fits all thing. When I played I never suffered with any hamstring issues at all, but one season I put on nearly 2 stone to adjust to a new position. It may be the cause in this instance, but many players have managed in other sports without issue

Re: Wigan Squad for Semi-Final
Field Miski King Wardle Marshall French Smith Byrne O Neil Ellis Isa Farrell Smithies Hill Mago KPP Shorrocks I'm going to assume Isa is fit to play and I'd have him in immediately to shore up that edge. Hopefully Byrne has recovered from that horrendous start against Wire. Its going to be tight and...
