I find it particularly stupid when I see Nick Fozzard leading the charge despite his reputation when he played, wearing his 2 inch thick forearm gear. Back on topic, Smithies to me is one of our greatest assets. Not only his defensive abilities but his link up game us coming on leaps and bounds. I'd say he could well be future captain material.
