Re: Is Super League Rigged?
<t>If you really believe that the league is rigged, then we might as will give up now. It's just too negative a thought.<br/> <br/> But while I absolutely don't believe it's rigged, it's got issues and problems.<br/> <br/> We will debate for ever over Clubb's try that wasn't given, but I and the Wig...

Re: Tonight v Salford
<t>We did play well and Salford weren't that good. When there's such a difference in the teams it's hard to know whether it was Salford being poor or Wigan making them look that way. But you can only play what's in front of you.<br/> <br/> Sadly our points for and against leaves us with a aching gap...

Congratulations to Castleford
<t>Nobody can deny that they have deserved to win the League this season.<br/> <br/> Yes it's disappointing that Wigan weren't in the running, but the way Cas have played is worthy of the prize. And it's good for the game.<br/> <br/> So well done Cas. I will not be churlish and negative in any way. ...

Referees and video refs.
<t>Having sorted tickets for Wembley and allowed the dust to settle after Sunday, I did some thinking about the issues of refereeing decisions and the issues that many people commented on after the game. It wasn't James Child's best, but then he's not alone. Another thread in this section (Game of G...

Re: Vs catalan
It's good to see the rugby we used to enjoy. We've had such a wretched time with injuries, but those players who've come back still look like the real deal.
I've not given up on a top four spot by the season's end.
Keep the faith!

Re: Salford’s Justin Carney suspended for eight matches for racial abuse
Justin Carey gets an 8 match ban for racial abuse.
Brett Ferres gets 6 matches for breaking Gildarts back
Am I alone in thinking that priorities seem a bit skewed here?

Re: Fans outside of Wigan
<t>Some of the journeys others make on here are both heartening and shaming for me. I only have the M6 to worry about.<br/> Get on at J15/16 and then battle through 17 miles of roadworks on a Friday night. Timing is crucial. Leave at 5-30 and the drive takes over 2 hours. Leave after 6 and it's usua...

Re: Wigan v Saints
<t>I agree with you Dave, it was a straight red any day.<br/> Sadly so was the Ferres crusher tackle, and remain unsure how much that influenced Thaler. <br/> The game is tough enough and everyone in it has a duty to protect players from injury. I had no argument last season against Wire when Ben ha...

Re: Top of the League
<t>It was indeed weird. <br/> <br/> Salford played very well, and Daryl Powell was gracious in accepting that they were always going to lose at some stage.<br/> <br/> Hudds were definitely up for the game, and for all that it wasn't the greatest spectacle, they didn't play badly. One try from an int...
