Although Tommy has been one of my favourite players it would be a backward step imo to have him back.He has had a lot of injuries and is not getting any younger.However he would be an improvement on Smith who is nothing more than a plodder.

Sam is a better full back than Hardaker.Defensively he has improved vastly and let us remember is playing against very good sides week in week out.Hardaker is a good player but not world class.

Tremendous player although he looks more of a full back than in the halves.

MM and Bateman were very good along with Lockers but Bowen MoM for me.

Williams played well but Bowen was my MoM

He is slightly past his best but far better than any centre we have at Wigan.

Such a shame for the lad, I wish him well.
