Re: Ganson
Well Willie that's the idea isn't it. The defence try to slow it down and the attack try to quicken it up. Both have ploys to achieve what they want with/without the referee

Re: Ganson
<r>Willie C, I can see why your thinking that but you may actually find the time taken from a tackle being called held to the time the ball is played is faster in SL than the NRL. Yet the NRL is clearly better.<br/> <br/> I once read an interesting article by Des Foy, a former player now development...

Re: Ganson
<r>Gonna upset people here <EMOJI seq="1f60a"></EMOJI> I think the play of the ball in SL needs slowing down. Held is being called far too early and promotes scooting as markers are sill getting to their feet or positions. I'm not saying that is the reason why Ganson does it BTW <E>:D</E> </r>

Robin Park Retail Park- Match Day Parking
I personally do not park there but i have read elsewhere that some Wigan spectators who do returned to a £50 fine last night. Shopping there recently you will notice far more warnings and a security portacabin etc. SO BE WARNED IF YOU OR SOMEBODY YOU KNOW USES THIS CAR PARK ON MATCH DAYS

U18 Academy - Wigan 36 Widnes 16.
<r>A far closer game than the score suggests. Widnes had a healthy smattering of Wiganers in their team led by the giant second rower Sidlow. anybody who has met the Sidlow brothers will appreciate just how big this young fella is going to be <E>:D</E> Mark Murphy of John Fisher/St Pats also played ...

Re: TAP
<t>Ian I have yet to meet anybody in my life who has not made mistakes. Hell, i've lost count of my own. I hated some of Millwards behaviour at Saints BUT I do know this. When there is strife and tension in any workplace, people tend to behave abysmally at times, often losing it with others. There w...

Re: Ganson
<r>StandishCat yep it was hilarious <E>:D</E> <br/> <br/> 1986-88 So you can imagine what it was like as a Wiganer v Saints. Ganson was on a course called CPVE that ran at the time (I wasn't BTW). He claimed to have played for Saints Colts Team but he went to one training session at college and coul...

Re: Brett Kimmorley signs ...
<t>Brett Kimorley is an excellent player but you have to play the one way and that is flat line attack. Far too many teams in Australia now employ up and hold or up and in defences and have cottoned onto his tricks resulting in a vast number of interception tries from his passes. Great kicker and to...

Ganson
<r>I had the misfortune to be in his form at Winstanley College. I know what a clown he is <E>:D</E> He even acted like one before the match grinning like an idiot etc BUT last night he did okay IMO. I was shocked that we did not see his usual glut of penalties in the first 10-15 minutes.<br/> <br/>...

Re: Half a million £
Ian isn't that a silly concept. If everybody was fit, some of the above would miss matches anyway as you can only select 17 per match. So by your reckoning they would be lost money.
