Re: Wakefield new 4G pitch
4g is what they will eventually spend doing up the ground.

Re: ben barba
Wow, a fat man in red and white who goes missing for most of the year.
Should we leave a carrot out for his raindeer?

Re: Willie Isa future update
I imagine that someone at the club is looking at our overseas contingent and thinking about our need to improve. I like Isa but we will need to rejig the quota soon. If it looks like Tommy, French and possibly Field decide to move on for 22/23 then we might be begging him to stay. Having said that h...

Re: Season Tickets
The club needs to inject some kind of positivity into this situation. The negativity is soul destroying at the moment and I cannot see much to look forward to. The likelihood is that we may have to target 22/23 to see any rebalancing of the squad. We have been noting for years that there have been e...

I imagine that if/when we go to two divisions of ten then the cap might be revisited.

Re: Wigan’s Worst spine in 150 years
I would like to know what the succession plans were when we knew the Hastings was leaving and did not know that Williams was available? Field seems to have been a gamble and Tommy looked like nearing retirement. I understand that the club may have been trying to move on some bodies but that is react...

Re: Martin Offiah delivers damning verdict on current state of Super League with major warning
Rather than throwing money at one of two marquee players whilst keeping the rest on a tight budget we would have been better growing the cap on line with inflation and setting reasonable minimums for the lowest paid players. Quite why we seem so against allowing players to maximise income through ad...

Re: Wigan’s Worst spine in 150 years
I still wonder if we really ever had a plan for recruiting. We did not know that Williams would be available and then we're never in the running. We had no space in the overseas quota and did not know if any of the overseas contingent would willingly leave. Now we have Hobson's choice of panic buy a...
