Re: Rocky
Enigma or what? I remember when Rocky was the Messiah. The first time I saw him was in the 2013 Academy Grand Final. We conceded home advantage as the DW wasn't available. Rocky had been built up to be the next Edwards or Alex Murphy, but the star that day was George Williams. (I was also impressed...

Did they know about the risk of dementia and very serious mental heath issues before they started playing? The current generation certainly should do, but most of this has come out in the last 10 years or so. IMO mental health issues are very different to bad knees or broken bones. They are up ther...

Re: Wigan Squad for Salford
Salford will trouble most teams this year so to not play particularly well and secure the two points at their place is a good result.

Re: Huddersfield game
Made it a bit stop start and scrappy. Still after last weeks effort a win is good enough. Showed the squad’s strength in depth given the absentees.Blackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 10:54 pm The only thing that kept this from being a runaway score was the referee gifting Hudds some very dubious penalties

Re: Huddersfield game
Going to be a long journey back for me as the motorway is going to be closed. Again. The roadworks will only be two years overdue when they have finished with more closures scheduled throughout March

Re: Cleary
I pretty sure this won't happen given he's signed a new deal but why would the fee be beyond us? Our new owner could probably afford to by Penrith never mind Cleary if he felt like it. I have no doubt he could. I also have no doubt that he will also have a player budget ceiling . Spending probably ...

Re: Jai Field
All the stupid RL so called news sites are stirring the pot here. All over facebook with silly headlines. It’s the usual anyone who is any good is moving to the NRL tomorrow. If he sees his contract out and then doesn’t want another that’s fine by me. He will have met his obligations. Until then I w...

I have received an email with a PDF attachment of a ticket for the Hudds game. Neither I nor my son who is ...
