Suppose that is better than the old system whereby, if your face fits then you got a testimonial.

Steve Hampson comes to mind. He got shunted off just before one was due after ten years brilliant service.

Re: Good Friday

There's an excellent article on Sky Sports by Stevo re this 2003 game. It was Kevin Browns first outing and Stevo thought he deserved MOM but he didn't get it. Apparently it was a watch from Tissot, the sponsors, so Stevo went and bought Kev a watch, and an expensive one, anyway. Maybe I'll not now ...

Re: Cas v Sts

Whoever Hull FC get as a new coach will be the one the Aints ought to have signed up and what's the betting he was in the frame for the job when Holcroft quit. With the rest of the season in limbo both teams (us ...

Re: Former Widnes Vikings centre Anthony Gelling stood down by Warrington Wolves

Report on Redvee that he's attacked his partner, who, sensibly, has took her hooks to Oz or NZ.
This is probably the same bird he used as an excuse to leave Wigan.
Not 'man of the people' now is he?

Re: Edwards new reason cited........

BBC interview he says he didn't come to Wigan because of "lack of control over what I thought was a head coaches role". Nonsense or truth? Interesting. I'd like to think that there's some truth in that and in October this year, a new coach, hopefully will be in place. If it's Lam on a rol...

Who did Frano replace on the wing? This is an entertainment business not an old boys club.

Dave Marshall, Liam's old man, that's who.
