Re: Huddersfield Giant’s stadium issue as SL club & Huddersfiled Town set to e given shares by Kirklees council

They don’t seem to have problems over in Milan on the surface, perhaps it isn’t the same with both clubs being football. Is it jealousy or do the football clubs mentioned here think they are superior to RL & shouldn’t be allowed to play in the same stadium?? Shared stadia problems seemingly imp...

Re: Hardacre Suspected Seizure

Yes, take care Zac. Aside from the health considerations, any seizure involves a minimum six-month driving ban and the practical problems that brings. For health implications, when I had a seizure five years ago, I was eventually cleared of the bad stuff - as from the off there were warnings of pote...

Re: French update to fans

Here’s how the Aussie press report Bevan French returning to Wigan this season before a subsequent return to the NRL, as seen in the latter half of the item. https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premiership/nrl-2021-transfer-news-parramatta-eels-junior-paulo-haze-dunster-bevan-french-contracts-rumou...

Re: Wigan star set to depart

I fear both Tommy and Powell will sign up to play again next year at the expense of Bourouh and O’Neil. To me it’s simple strategy to re-sign neither as players but have Leuluai as coach, as speculated. That way, if there’s an emergency at hooker Tommy can sign back on temporary terms as a player. T...

Re: Tony Clubb

I'm just glad the internet wasn't around in the days of John Barton, Brian Case, Andy Coley and others who contributed massively to the team in their day without being world beaters. I think there is truth in this, as no-one is seemingly above a mouthful online nowadays. But maybe Brian Case came c...

Kris Radlinski BBC podcast

Just listened to Kris Radlinski's BBC podcast interview with Dave Woods.

A recommended listen for what the club faces in terms of income, wage cuts, furloughing 130 of 136 staff, the future and rebranding the club.

Re: Wigan Tv

I'd second Pedro's praise.

I signed up in January to watch reserve and academy games. In their absence I've been really impressed by how much the team has bulked up what was already a good archive.

To provide a bargain product in lockdown has exceeded my expectations.
