Re: Jacob Miller
Not too sure where we stand if I'm being totally honest. French, Field, Isa, Ellis, Mago, Miski, Clark. I had thought Clark had to leave before Miller comes in. However I was told we were waiting on Wakefield before we could sign Miller, we must be waiting on both if we already have 7 spots taken C...

Re: Salary Cap
Why? If we only needed to cover an extra few thousand it doesn’t really matter as long as whoever it was enabled the amount we had gone over to be covered. That’s true but it is good practice to make sure that the player named has the biggest benefit to the salary cap. What would have happened if w...

Re: New Prop
We need to ditch an overseas player now TL has signed for another year. Favourite for the chop seems to be Clark. So I suspect rather than another prop we will end up with one less. Yeh, thats about the size of it - that leaves Singleton as Snr prop, the NRL guys are not yet in that category (they ...

Re: Salary Cap
Im not sure who it was, it could of been anyone on over the amount we breached it by… which wasn't a lot. say it was £25k we could of just claimed a player on £30k as marquee Faz would have made more sense than Jacko. Why? If we only needed to cover an extra few thousand it doesn’t really matter as...

Re: This season frustrated / worrying/ angry/ frightened
Heard the players live in Spain cheaper living than France.? Heard wrong I’m afraid especially with Sam Tomkins! He lives outside of Perpignan in a village with his wife Charlotte & his three, soon to be four children & two Doberman’s. 😊 Is one of the Dobermans named Joel? No, R Sole.

Re: Salary Cap
The main reason was we didn't disclose a 2nd Marquee, But obviously once we did, we were well under. Contracts improved during the season as well which due to covid was hard to manage IE a players wage is due to increase 15% after so many appearances. A lot of the young lads have those type clauses...

Re: Tommy going round again 2022
Not that it would improve our attack, but if we aren’t signing another half back, is there an option to move Powell back into the halves and have Tommy and O’Neill share the hooking duties? That's like rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic. Powell's lack of pace and poor distribution would pro...
