Re: Agent provides update on Mitch Clark's Wigan Warriors future

Nathan, I agree with you're comments. I think MItch is behind Harvard, Byrne and Partington at the moment. As we've not been able to sign another experienced prop MItch has a chance to force his way into the match day squad but I just don't know if he can do that. It would be good for the club if h...

Re: Wigan v St Helens in Rivals Round

How many of these matches are true rivalries ? Other than us and Saints, Hull vs Hull. Are the others ? Maybe Cas vs Wakey but that’s only 3 And only one official Derby Only one original Derby too! You have to laugh at the thought of Uncle Gary's reaction to Leeds v Fartown on Derby Day, though! :l...

Re: George Williams on BBC web

Re: Shaun Edwards

Talking of Andy Greg's biography, my favourite story: Greg was presenting trophies at Newton-le-Willows and did a question and answer session. Someone asked what his favourite match was. He says "When we beat St Helens 28-nil at Wembley." He knew there'd be Saints supporters there and knew...

Re: Shaun Edwards

Fwiw I think he would have been a great coach. I don't believe he's as out-of-touch with League as some think he is. And he would've got up to speed in a short time - he coped pretty well with the switch to union, the "technical" code. Coming back to league was a case of updating or re-lea...
