Just listened to the match on Manchester Radio, now is it me, or are all the commentators anti Wigan? The only fair commentary I have listened to lately is on Wish FM and as for Paul Rowley, well it is a family forum!!!!!!!!!!

That to me is not a shoulder charge, it is in fact an attempted tackle as his arms are positioned to wrap around the opponent, it is the ferocity of the hit that causes Tommy to bounce off and not have chance to wrap his arms around his opponent.

I always thought the ref had to shout if the kick was taken from inside the forty, Thaler did not, so, maybe Sam thought the kick was taken from outside the forty, hence the reason why he left it.
