Would be good to know if restarts + penalties since the rule is the same as before.
In theory they should be the same as the rules for the penalty didn’t change, just the punishment .

I like Jon Wells. He's one of the few that I feel give insight into the modern game. The rest tend to talk in generalities, and i won't even start on McDermott and O'Connor. If you are a prop and don't pass, then you need to make vast quantities of yards and punch (not literally) holes into the opposition defence, which isn't the case with Byrne at the moment.. Don't see why he can't be coached into being a prop who looks to make the ball available - our other props do...
