Well done boys. Wish I could have made it. Now we have two Wolves teams to beat next week.

Re: Bill Ashurst

Best wishes Bill. Still the best second row I have seen having watched Wigan for over 50 years.

Re: Tommy returning

It's good news for me. As good as Tommy was I think that we have moved on and his return may have proved unsettling to the younger players. I still wouldn't rule out an experienced stand off on a 12 months contract but Tommy clearly wanted longer and good luck to him with the NZ Warriors.

Re: 1st visit to dw

The South Stand bar is open to all ticket holders for a cup match. You do not need a season ticket just a match ticket. That was the case on Sunday for the Hunslet game. It may get full for the Cas game so you would probably need to get in early both before and after the match.

Re: St Helens on the prowl?

<t>I think that Logan going on extended loan at Salford shows that both George and Sam are above him for the second hooker spot at present. I'm sure that Ian Lenegan, Wane and the rest of the back room staff recognise that Ryan has a sparkling future ahead. I'd guess that Mr Lenegan has a long term ...
