Start with Sam Powell at 9and play him for 80 mins.
On interchange bring a half back to 9 and swap Sam P into the halves.
That way there won't be any drop off in intensity as all those in the halves, 9 and interchanges will be up with the pace of the game.

Smith not clicking with Powell is probably due to Sam hardly ever playing 6. This is due to SW who won't rotate his halves.
