Re: Zak Hardaker

Looking on a Leeds Rhinos forum, they are stating we have sacked Zak, have we sacked him or is it more of a mutual consent thing?

Doesn't seem like many Rhinos fans are keen on him and equally consider him a risk/liability! Could well be Fev under Brian Mac!

Re: Zak Hardaker

Has anyone actually heard any rumours or know where in Yorkshire he is off to?

Re: Wigan squad for Salford

I agree, surely this is O'Neill's opportunity, furthermore, looking at the squad listed, with Cust and Smith surely in the halves, who else could play 9?

That honour would be split between Gavin Clinch & Wayne McDonald imo
Andy Powell?

Re: Zak Hardaker

Excellent news! If I recall correctly, there has been more than one occasion where rumors have surfaced with him being unsettled or wishing to move elsewhere, over a period of time, so was clearly going to end only one way! As I've said in previous posts, this man owes a hell of a lot to Wigan Warri...

No idea, how old's Wayne Bennett? Isn't he the soon to be head coach of the new NRL club Dolphins in 2023? Must be 70 odd now Bennett.
Bennett is 72
Smith is 55
I must have been thinking about someone else.
Tony's brother Brian is 68 and hasn't coached since Wakefield in 2016.

Re: Tony Smith to leave hull KR

Going at seasons end it seems,he’s done a fine job there for my money https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/hull-kr-tony-smith-leaving-6974738 Couldn't agree more, cant think of many SL clubs who's radar he wont be flashing on now! Superb coach! Isn't he a little old now? Not sure but ...

Re: Hardaker

Il happily drive him, doesn't need to pay me petrol money either! When he's 60 odd and looking back on his life, I hope he remembers which club pulled him out the shite and stopped him going entirely off the rails!

Re: v Wakefield

I agree re: DW Stadium, I was saying at the Wakefield game, it would be great if we played in a stadium like Bournemouth have (capacity wise), I think we'd actually have waiting lists for ST/Derby/Rival games etc! In addition to that I feel the sense of exclusivity if waiting lists were needed lure...
