Re: Consistency of officiating
https://ibb.co/BCJKSxL Can anyone explain why Lees going into the tackle upright and with no attempt to wrap the arms is ok but Byrne doing it isn't? Couldn't get that to play for some reason, but was there head contact? If there was, the Wigan player would be advised to stay down for a few seconds...

Re: Consistency of officiating
The game is definitely changing and not for the better. Games hinge on decisions to send players off , for what are accidental tackles that hit the head of the opposition player, who as Percival, go into the tackle lower than normal. This will always happen, even if they do bring in the tackle to b...

Re: Consistency of officiating
Justing watching the NRL and the difference in referrering is staggering. Dolphins just scored a try and the prop running in lead with elbow and knocked defender out the way to pass to score. Point is it was 100 times more than Duprees incident and not a thing said from the commentators or players ...

Re: Derby Day!
Although I'm sure we'll improve in attack as the season goes on, I do have a couple of concerns about our style. We have a passive defensive line speed. We often let teams march up the field. I think we've seen this for long enough that it's an intentional coaches "bend don't break" mental...

Re: LEAGUE. Joint Super League and NRL decision set to be made
The pitch is undersized in Vegas, all four teams agreed to play knowing. NFL Games are played on 100yard by 53yard. It was still undersized using all the available outfield! It's like 2metres narrow each side. 96 metres long post to post (longer than cas) and 64 metres wide (instead of 68metres). Y...

Re: Derby Day!
We've got loads of levels to go up and they were basically at their top level. Only beat us by 2 with 14 players in our squad and only 12 on the field.
Not nice to lose, but let's see what happens when it matters.

Re: LEAGUE. Joint Super League and NRL decision set to be made
At least the pitch at Cas meets the minimum dimensions whereas the Allegiant Stadium is fit only for the NFL. Wouldn’t suit many Super League clubs to play on a narrow field that’s for sure They get rid of the areas the NFL teams usually stand in - the pitch looked normal width after that. Also I t...
