They still mean catching it on the full in the in-goal area. All they are doing is removing the requirement to jump from the in goal area.

Grounding the ball is a drop out in league.

The catching the ball in goal seems like a good one though. For me it removes the contentious issue of whether the player jumped from the field of play or not - it would just be where he landed which is easier to judge.

No antibiotics if its a virus. I haven't heard much about this type of thing before - could be very serious.
