Would't be surprised if he is sacked over the loss and the other losses against Wakefield,Hull Kr x2 Huddersfield .I can see Whelan (surprisingly quiet at the moment)making Nobby the scapegoat .

Cant see how Tomkins wage making any difference to the salary cap i bet hes not on a lot of money .As to being over the cap with Barrett the deferred payments would have been calculated in this years cap,
