Does anyone know if the match against G.B. is being shown live on Wigan TV and if so, what time?

No Dennis. Last tour the matches were covered by both Micron and Leigh TV so there were 2 sources for coverage. Micron now deal solely / directly with the RFL and Leigh TV had no plans to cover the game either.
