Will that shut cas up now.
We lost 2 pts last season but you cannot take two lots of points off in one season so we would have still stayed up.

So we drop to 9th place (although the BBC say 10th), but still only 3 points behind Wakey who are now 4th! We've apparently overspent by £200,000. Interestingly, had we lost 8 points (double penalty) we would have only dropped one more place...

Wigan have been docked four points at a disciplinary hearing for breaching the Super League salary cap in 2006.
An independent Rugby League tribunal found the Warriors guilty of exceeding the salary cap by £222,314.

Wigan were ordered to pay costs and had four points deducted which means they will drop from fourth to 10th in the table, five points off the drop zone.

For us to plead not guilty with that amount of overspend suggests there must have been a major disagreement as to what qualified as part of the salar cap payment :conf:

Someone at the BBC needs to learn to count. 22 - 4 = 18 points. The team in 10th have 15 points. Therefore we must be above them! They've got the table correct, but not the story. Our licence fee doesn't even pay for people to have maths lessons...!
