Another Great Night Out Awaits

Post by josie andrews »

Another great night out is set for the DW Stadium this Friday night when Wigan take on Wakefield Wildcats.

The Warriors will be looking to getting back to winning ways when they face the Wildcats and there will be plenty to entertain fans of both sides ahead of kick-off.

Local duet FAITH will perform live on the DW Stadium pitch from around 7.40pm. Twin sisters Amy and Chloe Cunliffe will perform tracks which have proved popular in their three years of gigging across the North West. The former Cansfield High School pupils have been gaining a strong reputation with their performances having appeared in the finals on Open Mic UK.

Amy told us,

"We are both huge Warriors fans so to be given the opportunity to sing before the game is amazing"

Chloe added,

"We've perform in front of some big crowds and the Open Mic finals was a highlight but I'm sure Friday is going to top everything. We can't wait"

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
