Post by josie andrews »

Wigan Warriors are delighted to unveil details of their massive 2015 Fan Day, which will take place at the Community Stadium, Orrell on Saturday 25 July.

The popular event will kick-off at 10am with an under 8s and 9s junior festival before the First Team squad arrive to meet with supporters at 12noon.

There will also be a wide range of activities for all the family including inflatables, live music, a mini funfair, live music, food & drink and much more for fans to enjoy.

The day will culminate with the Warriors Under 19s game against Hull KR which will kick-off at 2pm.

Community Marketing Executive Amanda Wilkinson commented:

"We're delighted to bring the Community Fan Day back to Orrell and the Community Stadium. It will be a day full of family events with a chance to meet the entire first team squad and see some of the stars of the future in action when the Under 19s take to the field."

More details of exciting Fan Day activities will be released in the near future.

Tickets are now available by way of a donation to the Wigan Warriors Community Foundation. These are £3 for Season Ticket holders or £5 for non-Season Ticket holders. Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
