Wigan Warriors name 21-man-squad for Salford pre-season game

Dom Manfredi, Joel Tomkins, Tony Clubb and George Williams all return

Wigan Warriors face Salford Red Devils at the AJ Bell Stadium on Sunday 24th January, 3pm kick-off

Wigan Warriors have today named their 21-man-squad for Sunday’s pre-season game with Salford Red Devils at the AJ Bell Stadium.

The Warriors first team face Salford in their second pre-season game of 2016 after facing Leigh last week at Leigh Sports Village.

Dom Manfredi, Joel Tomkins and Tony Clubb, who were all late withdrawals for last week’s game, are in the squad with George Williams also set for his first run-out of the year. Lee Mossop has overcome a shoulder injury and takes his place in the squad whilst Willie Isa looks set to play after shaking off a facial injury.

Salford are expected to give several of their new signings a run-out with Mark Flanagan, Justin Carney and Robert Lui all expected to make their first appearances at the AJ Bell.

Tickets for the game remain on sale from the DW Stadium Ticket Office in person today or on the Ticket Hotline – 0871 6633 552. Tickets will also be available on the day of the game, fans are reminded that tickets bought on matchday are £2 higher per price bracket.
