ON the day the Rugby League World Cup kicks off in Australia, young RL fans can dive full-on into the sport they love in Millom.
Super League Wigan will be returning to town on Thursday, October 26, to run a Warriors training camp at the town's Recreation Centre.
The camp, which has proved immensely popular in the past, is open to five to 15-year-olds, and will run between 9am and 3pm.
Coaches from Wigan will put the children through their paces with a series of fun games and skills drills.
Places must be booked in advance, and this can be done by contacting Millom Recreation Centre on 01229 774985.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
