Warriors World are delighted to announce that the Hall of Fame Billy Boston merchandise range continues to fly-off the shelves.

The range, produced by Ellis Rugby in partnership with the Rugby League Hall of Fame and the charity Rugby League Cares, sold extremely well over the festive period and Warriors World we have just received their latest delivery of the range that is proving to be a favourite with customers.

Warriors World Head of Retail, Paul Stanworth: “It goes without saying how revered Billy Boston is with Wigan Warriors fans, our town and the rugby league community, and this has been reflected in the popularity of this range. Due to demand we have stocked more of the Hall of Fame Billy Boston range both in-store and online.”

The Hall of Fame Billy Boston range includes jersey’s inspired by Billy Boston’s outstanding contribution to the 1962 Great Britain Ashes Test winning team down under, where he scored two superb tries in the 2nd Test to clinch the series, and the Wigan team of 1965 who defeated Hunslet 20-16 in the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley.

Rugby League Cares, which works with the RFL to promote the RL Hall of Fame, receives a commission from every sale to help fund the charity’s player welfare programme.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
