Post by josie andrews »

Fewer than 500 tickets are left in the DW Stadium South Stand for Sunday’s eagerly awaited World Club Challenge against Sydney Roosters, 7pm kick-off.

BETFRED Super League Champions, Wigan Warriors, face NRL Champions, Sydney Roosters, for the biggest prize in club rugby league and ticket sales are continuing to gather pace with the game just six days away.

DW Stadium Ticket Office Manager, Michael Jolliffe, said: “A seat for the World Club Challenge is now the hottest ticket in town and the South Stand is not far from selling out. We are just under a week from the game and tickets sales are ahead of the same point as we were against Cronulla Sharks on 2017. We’ve been inundated with calls and emails in the ticket office and our advice is to buy yours early to avoid disappointment.”

Wigan Warriors Marketing Director, Martin McLoughlin, added: “Sunday’s World Club Challenge game against the Sydney Roosters is shaping up to be a classic. It could be another memorable evening to be a Warriors fan where you can say ‘I was there’, so if you haven’t already secured your ticket for the game make sure you do!”

Wigan Warriors take on the Sydney Roosters in the World Club Challenge, as the world’s two best rugby league sides go head-to-head at the DW Stadium on Sunday 17th February, 7pm kick-off. WCC: East Stand near sell-out

East stand near to sell-out for Sunday’s World Club Challenge.

Less than 250 tickets remain in East Stand.

Get yours now to avoid disappointment.

With just five days to go until the BETFRED World Club Challenge game against Sydney Roosters, kick-off 7pm, Wigan Warriors can confirm that there is a limited number of tickets still available in the DW Stadium East Stand.

BETFRED Super League Champions Wigan Warriors face a star-studded Sydney Roosters team and ticket sales are continuing to gather pace with the East Stand now on the verge of selling-out for the highly anticipated game of champions, with only 250 seats left to sell in the stand.

DW Stadium Ticket Office Manager, Michael Jolliffe, said: “The beginning of this week we have observed a large increase in fans securing their seats for Sunday’s World Club Challenge - the demand for tickets has been huge.

“As we have already stated, a seat for the BETFRED World Club Challenge is now the hottest ticket in town and now the East Stand, alongside the South Stand, is very close to selling out. I’d like to reiterate that our advice is to buy your World Club Challenge ticket early to avoid disappointment.”

Wigan Warriors Marketing Director, Martin McLoughlin, said: “On the back of our announcement yesterday regarding a scarcity of tickets in the South Stand we’re announcing that now the East Stand also has a limited number of tickets available. Demand for tickets has shot through the roof in recent days as the excitement in the town, at the Club and across the sport continues to build. A bumper crowd adds to what is already a highly anticipated event and we can’t wait for Sunday – it should be some occasion!”

Come on everybody, encourage all your mates to go. For anybody who still can't decide if they're going, let's use this chance to show the RFL what a mistake they've made having that World Cup game at Bolton. I know Sydney are the favourites but if we win you'll kick yourself if you're not there.
