More to do with the Salary Cap, virtually 3x that of SL. So the Roosters have Superstars in almost every position, whilst we have to battle that and class usually tells in the end.
Need to get the likes of Wakefield, Hudds, HKR, Salford, etc on board to increase it, due to them it's unfortunately the tail wagging the dog !
