The Appeals findings appear to tell a slightly different story to what we have previously been told.

Salary Cap Breach
Winning is down to 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration - Shaun Edwards
Re: Salary Cap Breach
Not really, the payments we didnt know about are quoted as part of part of a "confidential" scheme.
The actualy breech is still noted as down to Agent fees including flight costs for FPN agents.
Seriously the travel costs of an Agent go on the cap!!!!

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Re: Salary Cap Breach
The club made it seem like they were fully co-operative and remorseful but that clearly wasn't the case. Not that it's surprising. They've tried to fight this in any way they could.
What's very worrying, but also not in the least bit surprising, is that the findings don't exactly show Kris Radlinski in a great light. Not enough knowledge of the salary cap, yet he's been at the club how long? Answered the questions from the RFL incorrectly and continued to argue that the club hadn't done anything wrong.
It seems when Lenagan has taken responsibility he's looked for an opportunity to 'get out of jail free' by bringing up the 'ambassador payments' or whatever it is that shady 'confidential' scheme is called.
The findings make the RFL look dodgy and incompetent (the person in charge of the salary cap rulings didn't even know about the scheme Nigel Wood put in place!) and make Wigan look incompetent too!
I'm not surprised Lenagan has taken a step back from the day to day running of the club but how about he gives that role to someone who knows what the f-- they're doing!

Fully agree with you EEP
I'm a better fan than you
Because I don't "Boo"!!!
Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are

About time he does isn’t it??
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
