Club Statement: Gabriel Hamlin

Post by josie andrews »

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

So Gabe won't be playing on Friday. Silly, silly boy. Why can't our players behave themselves?

Like an episode of Laurel and Hardy at the moment but without the laughs.

Can't condone what he has done but agree with the club supporting him. How long that lasts is anyone's guess.

Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are

He's out of contract at the end of the season so I wouldn't think that we will seem him again.

Would you not say Wigan have a "duty of care" to him in the meantime though?

Definitely, but it will be difficult to support him whilst he is in Australia.
