I think Wigan are going to have to think long and hard about him, great player but lets face it he is taking up cap space and has played a handful of games in 3 years.

That being said Johnny Lomax looked like a right off at one time with injuries but he seems to be over that now
If it was the same knee id agree bit its not. I wouldnt write him off yet and i hope the club doesn't.

The fact that he has been out for 2 years and still preformed as well as he has been doing shows his class.
hes had 2 in each knee now, think he should call it quits and think about his long term future and health
Sadly have to agree with you.

The decision on this one is big and can only be made by Dom after seeking advice from a number of sources. For all players, they have to consider life after rugby and when they leave one to start another.
A terrific player who has had dreadful luck with injuries.
Big decisions to be made, either way I wish him the best of luck.

It looks as if Castleford pitch is as bad as Widnes for our lads getting bad injuries there!

He did his knee there last time & Flower did his Achilles & was out for the rest of the season!
the problem is though he will be putting more pressure on his worse knee while this one heals...... doesnt look good..... very unlucky lad and i think his future his very much in doubt now

I think and hope Dom will have a sit down with all parties, club, family, medical and come to the right decision,I fear for his career long term.

I believe his Dad had to retire at a young age thru repetitive knee injuries ☹️
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.

that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Well said Wiganer Ted.
When I heard this news I couldn't believe a player could have such bad luck.
You are right, maybe one injury too many. He needs all the support he can get - mentally and physically - to get him through this terrible blow, just when he was getting back to his best.
I have always liked Dom and wish him all the very best at this difficult time.

Dom sent me a text this morning saying, among other things, that he’s going to get through this & going to keep smiling 😊

Let’s hope he gets over this latest set back 😊

When you see other players throwing there carriers down the toilet all Dom wants to do is play rugby league it just shows you do not always get what you deserve

Feel desperately sorry for him.

I do think he might retire now though.
