Not AL, I'm afraid.
It depends if we are going to make some 'big' signings. If we are continuing the policy of journeyman and players from the championship, then we will need someone like Chris Chester to make the very best of limited resources. A more expensive team might need some Aussie knowhow and experience.
Of course, if we're going for a charm offensive then Daryl Powell springs to mind………...

Typical reply to the question. Who would you have has next coach(following on from Lam I presume? Not who wouldn't you have?

CPW or DavO or Josie. All capable of doing the job. It's not rocket science is it? 🤓

Well I don't want to start an endless thread but AL is the coach now for this season only - he could be the next coach as on a longer contract, hence the votes for him so it's necessary to rule him out if you don't think it should be him. Following that it would have to be someone else. Therefore, I think I stand by my reply although Daryl Powell may have a rival.
I'd certainly put Josie in charge of club PR and information output.

Watson is a very underrated coach in my opinion given he’s seems to have a fiver to work with at Salford he’s done well

Gone for the NRL or assistant NRL coach.

Regardless of whether Lam can secure results going forward and despite the fact he's been dealt a poor hand with injuries and loss of key players I don't think he is the man for the job.

We need a coach who will instill the same sort of ethos throughout the club like Madge did and a coach who will stand up to IL and Rads. Not a yes man which is how I feel Lam will be. I just think he will accept whatever he is given and isn't someone to impose himself on the club off field. We need a coach who will drop poor players, tell IL to get rid of the dross and say what the squad needs.
