Personally I'm crossing my fingers that it's Hastings. My faith may be misplaced but hopefully Lenegan has pulled out all the stops given the shower of sh*t we've had to put up with this year.

I did worry at the timing of Watkins news and then our big announcement news it may be but i assume its just coincidence as he would still want top money - but Rads has proved he is completely incapable of managing the recruitment side so who knows

Im the same though that i wish the club would stop p***ing on our shoes and telling us its raining
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure

Embarrassing if true. Why do the club feel like they need to do these big announcements? No other club does it.

Fair enough if it’s a huge signing and they want to drum up some interest but a player 90% of Wigan fans and the rest of the league haven’t heard of.... joke

Most club make announcements for player signings, nothing wrong with a bit of build up. It gets people talking and generates interest.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
