Today’s Team

Post by shaunedwardsfanclub »

No Greenwood but good to see Lockers and Faz starting. Hopefully, we will see a good performance today. Apart from Greenwood this is the strongest squad we will have available for the rest of the season.

We sound amateurish and yet more injuries.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Always sad to see more injuries but the team seem to be having real problems with confidence now. That's the only thing that I think explains a performance as poor as today's. The pressure will continue to build if we don't win against Leeds, a game that looked an easy win a couple of weeks ago. Thank goodness that HKR were missing Garbut and McGuire. The win was much needed but HKR are really poor at the moment (lost 7 from 8?). We're playing the teams in and around us in the league over the next few weeks and it's looking like we're where we belong.
