New Wigan Warriors ticketing website now live.

Previous Client Codes will alter, supporters should have received an email notifying them of this change.

If you haven’t received an email, contact the Wigan Warriors Ticket Office in person, call 01942 311111 or email ticketoffice@dwstadium.com.

Wigan Warriors are pleased to announce the Club’s new online ticket service is now live.

Following feedback on improving the ticketing website, the Club has created a new and updated system that is more accessible and easy for fans to use.

Marketing Manager, Martin McLoughlin, said: “We’ve been working hard behind the scenes over the past six months to prepare for the launch which is part of our fan engagement strategy. We’re really pleased with the final outcome.”

As part of the new systems, every fan’s Client Code will alter. Your new Client Code should have been emailed to you – you may notice that the final few digits are the same as your previous one.

If you haven’t received an email, contact the Wigan Warriors Ticket Office in person, call 01942 311111 or email ticketoffice@dwstadium.com. Also, please check your spam/junk folder in case the email hasn’t landed directly in your inbox.

You can access the new website at [https://wigan-warriors.talent-sport.co.uk] – please delete any bookmarks you may have for the old one.

We are committed to protecting your data and we can’t see the password that you will have used previously to log in, so the first thing you’ll need to do is reset it.

How to reset my password?

Click on the link above, select ‘Reset my password’ on the home page
Follow the steps to reset it.

If you have any issues in resetting your password, please contact the Ticket Office at ticketoffice@dwstadium.com or on 01942 311111.

Once you’ve logged in, if you buy match tickets or Season Tickets for other supporters, make sure you link your accounts together in Friends and Family, which can be found in the My Account section.

Got the new client code and reset it does have my name etc but no mention that I’m a season ticket holder (not that that means anything)

I certainly wouldn’t be buying anything for a few days yet let them iron out any issues first

Hopefully a temporary glitch.
Not had an email with a new number either just yet

Worked ok for me. They've issued a new client code via the email. You just basically enter the new code and it prompts you for password reset.

When I rang the ticket office a few weeks back, I was told, oh, we're getting a new system, but it probably won't be ready before the end of the season. Obviously they've rushed it through in expectation of the big demand, thanks to the scintillating rugby being played.

I got the email OK today.
