Navarette and Bullock

Post by ancientnloyal »

Thought this was the best game the pair have had for some time, especially Nava. I get he got his timing wrong for his sin bin but a good performance. Hope Bullock can get back to his early season form now!

Any news on Clubb?

And of course Partington played 60 minutes or more tonight

Another week he would have got away with the sin bin but it was the touch judge who informed the ref who must not have seen it.

Thought both played well and will Clubb doing a Lockers and going off down the tunnel after five minutes they stepped up to the plate.

When Lam brought Bullock on later on he was making loads of yards in contact. Very un Wane like style of play ;)

John Winder said that Clubb had a hamstring problem. They asked him if he could go out again and Clubby was worried it could cause a further problem.

Agree Nav and Bullock were excellent tonight bar the 10 mins for Romain on the naughty step.

Wane must have been disgusted watching his old players running passing offloading and supporting,
ruining the funerallike atmosphere he worked so hard to cultivate.
Wheres the lazy inside ball up the middle gone , this is far to exciting.

100 metres from Navarrete
176 metres from Bullock
134 metres from Partington
86 metres from Smithies

Our 'fringe' middles and youngsters had absolute belters.

His break helped but it seemed Sammut was slower than Bullock the Bullet
