Ticket Office

Anyone have the name of the ticket office manager and a phone number for him (not the ticket office number)? I’ve already emailed a complaint (after ringing the ticket office and not getting a satisfactory answer) but have had no response.

I had a lot of trouble resetting my ticketing password rang the office and explained that I could not get my password to go in. She said that she would reset it from their end and give me a ring when it was done the day after she rang me and told me what the password was and I should log in with that and change it my own .

is anyone else having trouble still with ticketing / eticketing?

tried to log in on monday but failed miserably with the new client code, so emailed as i am not always able to make calls during work hours. Cant reset my password either as it generates an error.

4 days later still no response - not exactly customer service excellence

Rang today re error on advance ST. Took less than 5 minutes to sort after they'd agreed the shareholder status. Well done.
