Sam Powell
Earlier this week Head Coach Adrian Lam highlighted that hooker Sam Powell would be a doubt for the weekend’s action with a back injury.
He said, “Sam Powell has had lower back spasms and hasn’t trained this week.”
Joe Burgess
The Head Coach also discussed the fitness of winger Joe Burgess, who is expected to make a return to the side after missing the Warrington fixture two weeks ago.
“Joe Burgess will come back into the 17, so there’s decisions to be made.”
O’Loughlin & Flower
There was also an update on captain Sean O; Loughlin and prop-forward Ben Flower, who have been out of action with pectoral and knee injuries respectively.
“Sean O’Loughlin and Ben Flower are both looking to return for Castleford Tigers at home.”
