U8s to go free from 2020

Post by josie andrews »

As a Club, we are dedicated to inspiring the next generation of Rugby fans; that’s why for the 2020 Season we will be raising our free entry for children from U5s to U8s.

Above all else, at Wigan Warriors we believe that Rugby League is a family sport. In increasing our kids go-free policy to U8s, we want to make attending a game at the DW Stadium affordable to as many of the Cherry & White supporting families as we can.

It’s not just the free children’s tickets that we’ve changed for the 2020 season either!

Following fan feedback, we have introduced a new pricing structure that will help younger supporters when moving to a more expensive ticketing band. For more information on the new pricing structure, please visit our 2020 Season Ticket page HERE

Season Tickets for the 2020 season will go on sale from Monday 2nd September. Fans can purchase or renew a season ticket from the DW Stadium Ticket Office by calling 01942 311111, visiting in person or purchasing online here - https://wigan-warriors.talent-sport.co. ... /home.aspx

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Yes, good is that. My grandson now goes free as he's five. Wasn't a fortune at £30 but a good gesture.
