Wigan Warriors v Castleford

Post by josie andrews »

Heard from two different sources that this game scheduled for Friday has been moved to Thursday!

Has anyone else heard anything??

The club has not yet been informed. Hopefully, we will play on Friday and Wakefield and London will be on tv on Thursday.

Think they are trying to play them all on the Friday night.

There aren't any SL fixtures for Thursday but the Salford v HKR game has already been moved from Sunday to Friday https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/r ... ge-3294274

Wakefield play Broncos is still down as being played on the Sunday

The Salford v HKR game has been moved to Friday so I assume that all the teams involved in the relegation battle will play on the same evening. It therefore seems probable that we will play on Thursday 😟. This will mean the club will lose about £20k compared to playing the day after.

What a joke! 6 days before the game! I can’t make that due to work and I guess many thousands of others too

Why does it have to us who have had to move? All the other teams who are in the playoffs, or who are safe from relegation, play on the Friday too!
