Man management

Post by jackthelad »

Some of the comments made by Adrian Lam, post match, are extremely disappointing and doesn't galvanise the warrior mentally of previous years, what has happened to our passion and rivalry v saints our forwards and defence were left wanting yet he says Dan Sarginsons return will strengthen our team. Really....?

His selections, game plan & tactics plus senior players performances can be questioned but Lam is in charge so we roll with it, yet it seems players are not fully fit playing with injuries etc..

I hope this defeat will not dent our confidence even though Lam has already stated with his statement he favours Sarge?

if the forwards dont dominate then no matter who we have in the backs, like tonight, we will be up against it

Keeping confidence up in the squad is part of man management so why AL feels the need for such comments is questionable

Keep it in house!!!

Non of our team are fully fit at this stage of the season, the majority of them are being patched up. The other problem is, who does Lam bring in?

Regarding keeping his comments in-house, I do agree.
