Average according to the lads in Hull.

Who made those predictions?

Isa before Greenwood? I like Isa but id presume it will be Greenwood and Farrel getting the Nod. Putting clubb up as a starter but ignoring flower/Bullock/Narvette.

Selective journalism to make Hull fans feel better 😂

Isa doesn't break anywhere near as much as greenwood, Maybe that's why

Despite that

Predicted pack: Front row: George Burgess, Sam Powell, Tony Clubb Back row: Willie Isa, Liam Farrell, Sean O’Loughlin

Or

Predicted pack: Front row: George Burgess, Tommy L/powell Bullock Back row: Joe Greenwood, Liam Farrell, Sean O’Loughlin

Agree with Cab and the second pack selection.
Bullock to start with G Burgess, Powell, Greenwood before Isa, Faz and Lockers.
A very good pack that if they can find top form.

8 Burgess/Clubb
9 Powell
10 Bullock/Flower
11 Greenwood
12 Farrell/Isa
13 O'loughlin/Smithies

My choices and interchange, I think we need to buy/develop a running 2nd row of some size to back up Greenwood. A back row of Farrell/Isa/Smithies is too lightweight.
Front row is looking OK with Partington/Byrne hopefully improving and able to spread the load.

Front rower looks solid if you add Mitch Clark in there instead of Clubb. Should have been let go and kept Sammy Kabula. Our back row of Farrell and Isa are too light. Both are forwards who need to run into gaps. Greenwood would be a must but has problems with head knocks the same problem he had in the NRL that’s why Titans let him go. Also plays on the left like Farrell, so difficult to get them in the same team. Pity we didn’t let Clubb go and Sean retire and replaced them with Manu who signed for Hull, who is a real handful. Let’s hope another academy lad comes through like Smithies did last year. One to watch Joe Shorrocks.

8 Clubb
9 Powell
10 Flower
11 Isa
12 Farrell
13 O'loughlin

Subs
Burgess
Smithies
Partington
Clarke

Byrne
Greenwood
Bullock
Wells
Havard
Bourouh
Navarrete

The reason I've left Greenwood and Bullock so low down in the list is their defensive problems.

Leaving our pack aside, Warrington, even without 87-year old Ben Westwood, certainly have the dirtiest.

Hopefully, Jack Wells is now over his serious injury and he can kick on. He could be the answer to our second row problems.
