Well done the chairman. It adds a bit of spice to the Wire game.

Must admit I smelt a rat as big as Wolfe when wire said Wigan had tried to get gelling back

Why would we ever want him back anyway?

Fitzpatrick saying gelling has the X factor. He’s also the brain fart factor as well. Can do some good things as well as very stupid things

The most frustrating thing about Gelling was he could be world class but it happens all too little with him sadly

Gells confirms he did talk to Wigan.
IL making himself look silly if true

World class and Gelling should never be in the same sentence. Let’s be honest, he is a big lad that can sometimes cause problems for opposing centres. But just as often he causes problems for his own team.
Good luck to the lad, but personally I wouldn’t have him back.

Gelling confirming he spoke to Wigan, and Wigan trying to sign him are 2 completely different things. It means nothing.

I’m not bothered just pointing it out. But if they had spike why didn’t IL say that he had?
