Beating decent opponents like Hull is a good result. I'm looking forward to watching the full game and giving my top 3 :)

Hastings
Smithies
French

French spoiling it by his loose pass but his pace frightened the life out of Hull throughout. Tough between Smithies and Partington. Both very industrious. Smithies had the little more quality about what he did

Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are

I agree and the whole team is starting to play better - we had some spells of good attacking footy in both halves of the match!

Still have George Burgess to return plus another Burgess for the wing and Gildart for centre so bodes we’ll :D

Yep...

I just want consistency more than anything at present. A Challenge Cup run is my personal priority

Hastings, French, Farrell (his combo with Hastings taking shape nicely).
Would have included Smithies but just needs to improve his distribution and passing ability imo).

It’s a good sign that it’s tough to narrow it down to 3 players. I’d probably go-

French
Marshall
Hastings

Guys like Farrell, Partington and Bibby had very good games also.

Farrell
Marshall
Manfredi

I know the flash just came from others but Marshall and Manfredi took the ball up alot yesterday allowing the youngster to stay fresher and not get trampled by hulls pack.

Farrells influence cannot be understated, hes everywhere leading by example getting stuck in and giving alot of go forward.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
