Being that Torronto are already up to the SC, I'd presume that we are still paying the wages for the duration of the loan.

Which basically says that all of the players loaned out will come off the salary cap for the period of the loan.

So, if I've understood it correctly, who pays who, and how much is paid, are irrelevant to salary cap calculations. In simple terms, Wells' and Kilner's wages count on Toronto's SC and not on Wigan's SC for the duration of the loan.

A reasonable conclusion would be that TW must have had some space on their SC, albeit a relatively small amount, to accommodate the two lads' monthly wages.
