I see he is still out injured but now ' with a shoulder injury picked up in pre-season training'.

Is this the injury picked up last November when playing for GB or is it one he has aggravated during training for the restart?
If the former why is it taking so long to get sorted?
A really bad injury (cf Bateman?) or were the club just slow off the mark getting any necessary surgery done?

Due to Covid 19 he wasn't able to have any physio on his shoulder.
