I thought Flower was the best he’s been for a couple of years. He ran hard and didn’t cut back inside towards the markers which he made a habit of in recent seasons. He has a low Centre of gravity and when he runs harder and faster he makes good yards and is difficult to tackle. I’m happy!.... he looked hungry and wanting to play.
George Burgess though, not even a glimpse of being super league standard let alone an elite player. Really hope I’m proven wrong though.
Joe Burgess.......not his biggest fan in the last 2 seasons but again like flower, seemed like he wanted to prove himself and looked a little quicker!
