One that could potentially bite us in the backside.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Maybe but its a salary capped sport so that must have played a factor + Greenwood may see his opportunities dwindling with Farrell, Isa, Bateman likely to make up the most minutes in the 11, 12, 13 slots.

Would have prepared the following to depart first though to free up space:
Hankinson, Navarette, Jake Shorrocks, Mitch Clarke.
Bomhead - "Lockers to prop."

Shame, he’s last few performances have been good and he is one of the very few at Wigan who off load.

I agree with the above sentiments. I think Greenwood contributes to the team/squad and offers strength in depth. However, with the return of Batty and the form of Isa and Faz, can see why Greenwood himself might want to move on. Best of luck to him!

Jake Shorrocks’ contract has expired and he has not been offered a new one.

Let’s see who comes in.

Letting Greenwood go seems a big mistake, when we still have George Burgess sat around doing nothing.
Surely it would have made better sense to get rid of him, he will never be fit again.

Its funny how he returned for the grand final after suspension but then not in the plans for next year. I know Bateman is back, but I would still want a big player like greenwood playing.

I know most wouldn't agree, but I think he gives more to the team than Isa.
