That’s an interesting one Josie. Obviously, Lam doesn’t think he will get much game time at Wigan this season. It may be make or break for both lads.

It’s with there not being the Reserve games so he needs to have game time so I suppose it’s just until Tommy finally hangs his boots up. (I could see him going round again!)

Don’t know, but if the championship clubs do get a season going it will be a good move for him to get game time with the Reserves cancelled

If Smith has gone on loan to 'fax I do hope that it's a normal loan with the recall clause and not a season long loan.

Makes no sense at all.
Smith should be starting in some games and bench in others to get him up to speed for next season when TL has retired from playing. I was looking forward to seeing quite a bit of Smith this year as he offers a great deal and is an exciting player.

Do they do loan deals for head coaches?
